MEET THE TEAM
George Williamson
I grew up in New Braunfels, Texas, where I excelled in athletics and developed strong interpersonal skills. I have always been known for my outgoing personality and have consistently been described as a people person who values building strong, lasting relationships.
I am a founder, Acting President, and Head of Sales for EZ Chem, LLC. I am known for my ambition and for approaching challenges with the belief that no task is too large to handle. These traits have allowed me to advance quickly throughout my professional career and take on leadership responsibilities early.
I began my career in the oil field six years ago, starting as a field hand and rapidly progressing to a chemical operator and subject-matter expert within my first year. I have a natural ability to communicate not only the technical aspects of chemicals, but also their real-world applications, which led me naturally into sales and customer-focused leadership roles.
Drawing from my experiences across multiple organizations and applying lessons learned from both successes and challenges, my co-founders and I identified an opportunity to differentiate ourselves in the market by founding EZ Chem, LLC. I truly believe that EZ Chem, LLC is positioned to become the leading name in completion chemicals across all stages of operation in any basin.
Alex Steffenauer
I was born and raised in Deer Park, Texas. Early exposure to diverse environments and teams helped shape my ability to connect with people and maintain a consistently positive and professional attitude, regardless of the situation or challenge.
I am a founder and the Research and Development lead for EZ Chem, LLC. I am driven by a strong work ethic and an ambitious mindset, with a focus on being the best at whatever I do. This drive led me to become highly detail-oriented early in my career and to take a perfectionist approach to my craft.
I began my professional career as a field hand, working for several chemical service companies across frac, drillout, and production applications. Through hands-on experience and technical dedication, I steadily advanced within the industry, developing deep expertise in chemical performance and application.
Within six years, I progressed from field operations to becoming a founder and leading Research and Development at EZ Chem, LLC. In this role, I focus on developing and refining chemical solutions that deliver consistent, high-performance results while supporting efficiency and reliability across all stages of completion.
